IS THERE ASSIGNED PARKING FOR SUITE OWNERS?

Answer: No, there isn't assigned parking. However, we do have general parking available, and we encourage suite owners to prioritize leaving the front spaces available for valued customers. We understand the importance of providing convenient parking for clients and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring their comfort and ease of access.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY RENT?

Answer: Your rental fee includes utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience by covering these essential utilities.

IS WI-FI PROVIDED IN THE BUILDING?

Answer: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all salon suite renters and their clients. You can enjoy high-speed internet access to enhance your business operations and client experience.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SUITE?

Answer: Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your salon suite to reflect your unique style and brand. Feel free to decorate, add furnishings, and make adjustments to create a space that suits your business needs and aesthetic preferences

ARE THERI SHARED AMMENITIES FOR SUITE RENTERS?

Answer: Yes, we provide shared amenities such as restrooms, a break area, and washer and dryer access, and additional storage area for the convenience and comfort of all renters. These areas are professionally maintained to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

Answer: The safety and security of our renters and their clients are paramount. We have installed surveillance cameras in common areas and have a security system in place to monitor the premises after hours. Additionally, each suite is equipped with secure locks.

CAN I SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AFTER REGULAR HOURS?

Answer: Yes, you have the flexibility to schedule appointments according to your business needs. Whether you prefer to operate during standard business hours or extend your services into evenings or weekends, you have the freedom to set your own schedule.

HOW IS MAINTENANCE HANDLED?

Answer: We try to address any concerns suite renters have. Simply send us an email or text, and we'll promptly take care of repairs or maintenance tasks to ensure your space remains in optimal condition.

CAN I TERMINATE MY LEASE EARLY?

Answer: While we understand that circumstances may change, our lease agreements typically require a minimum 1 year commitment period. However, we're open to discussing options if you need to terminate your lease early. 

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL RATES FOR SUITS?

Answer: The rental rates for our suites vary based on factors such as size, location within the property, and furnishings provided. Currently, we have suites available for lease ranging from $950 to $1350 per month. These rates are reflective of the unique features and amenities offered by each suite. We strive to provide competitive pricing while ensuring that our renters receive excellent value for their investment.
